You can also mail in your film. The shipping address is provided upon submitting the order form.

Can you ship my negatives back to me?
A return address must be provided in the order form or at the time of request. You must provide one every request as we do not keep return addresses on file. If you are in the Okanagan Valley, it costs $2.75 to ship your negatives back (up to 3 rolls). A quote will be provided for shipping outside of the Okanagan region, for orders with more than 3 rolls, or if your order includes prints. All return shipping is untracked/uninsured unless requested in the processing form. Valley Film Lab does not take responsibility for negatives lost in the mail.

How ARE my negatives returned to me?
If framing on your 35mm roll is irregular and we cannot see a clear separation between frames, then we will return your negatives uncut, rolled into a canister. If you have a preference for cut or uncut negatives, please indicate in the order form.  Valley Film Lab reserves the right to choose which method if a preference in not mentioned.
